1. What is the warranty of your products?

    We offer 12 months warranty for phones. If items are faulty for non-artificial reasons within 12 months

    (from the date of arrival), customers can send them back for free repair. If you don't like to return

    we also provide spare parts.

2.What's your MOQ?

   MOQ for OEM feature phone: 10,000pcs.

   MOQ for flip phone: 3,000pcs.

   MOQ for smart phone: 3,000pcs.

   If you can not reach the MOQ, we also accept small orders to do IPRO brand logo.

3. What guarantee can you provide?

    Our warranty is one year, during the period of warranty, if there are any problems with

    the quality, you can send us the photo of the bad product, then we will replace the new one for you.

4.About shipping, how long can I get my phones

    DHL, FEDEX, UPS will take about 3-5 working days to destination as usual. EMS or TNT

    will take 5-8 working days. We also support DDP & EXW & other Air cargo
